Bollywood Grill, 2310 Industrial Highway, York, Follow-up, September 26. Pass. Upper interior of microwave, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected.
Calvary Chapel of York, 423 Norway St. York, September 26. Pass. No violations.
Children’s Home of York – Bridges Program, 77 Shoehouse Rd. York, September 26. Pass. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed handsink leaking at the faucet. Observed a pan of stagnant water under the three-basin sink, couldn’t determine where leak is.
S.O.A.R. At Angel Center, 77 Shoehouse Rd. York, September 26. Pass. Observed stove cooktop with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces. Cleaned and sanitized utensils located in preparation table drawer, are stored with food contact surfaces/food or lip area exposed to hand contact when retrieved by food employees.
Sinking Springs Elementary School, 2850 Susquehanna Trail, York, September 26. Pass. Observed #10 can of cut sweet potatoes with two dents directly on the seam stored on can rack and intended for use in the facility. Corrected.
St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 25 N. Adams St. York, September 26. Pass. Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Corrected.
Trinity Lutheran Church, 15 S. Filey’s Rd. Dillsburg, Opening, September 26. Pass. No violations.
