Cornwall Elementary School, 45 Burd Coleman Rd. Cornwall, September 23. Pass. Food Employee did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Single-use towel or air drying device not used to dry hands. Employee used cloth towel to dry hands. Corrected. A food employee was observed washing their hands at the prep sink, rather than the designated handwash sink. Discussed with manager where to wash.

Ebenezer Elementary School, 1600 Colonial Circle, Lebanon, September 23. Pass. No violations.

Inn At Lebanon/Krishnu Lakshmi, LLC, 625 Quentin Rd. Lebanon, Opening, September 23. Pass. Pancake batter and oatmeal are not labeled or dated. Discarded by the person in charge. Two warmers used for serving food are not clean. Raw chicken and raw fish were stored above cooked food in one reach-in refrigeration unit. Milk was held at 50 degrees F, in the front breakfast service area, rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.

South Lebanon Elementary School, 1825 S. Fifth Ave. Lebanon, September 23. Pass. No violations.

Union Canal Elementary School, 400 Narrows Dr. Lebanon, September 23. Pass. No violations.
