Deli meats/tomatoes held at 44-45 degrees F, in the bain marie (upper space), rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Lower section of bain marie is < 41 degrees F. Ceiling vent above 3 compartment sink is dusty.

La Chona Mexican Food, 2830 N. 5th Street Highway, Reading, September 27. Pass. Raw chicken was stored above raw beef, fish in the reach-in refrigerator. Corrected on inspection. Mops are not being hung to air dry. Corrected on inspection.
Lorah Family Poultry, 2934 N. 5th Street Highway, Reading, September 27. Pass. Raw chicken displayed next to foods that are not raw in common equipment with no barriers to prevent cross-contamination.
Autumn Festival at Savidge Farms, 1710 State St. Mertztown, September 26. Pass. No violations.
Brandywine Heights Middle School, 200 W. Weis St. Topton, September 26. Pass. The handwash sink located in the dish area does not have water at a temperature of at least 85 degrees F.
Francesca’s Pizzaria and Restaurant, 2101 Howard Blvd. Reading, September 26. Pass. Commercially processed, ready-to-eat food, located in the bain marie, and held more than 48 hours, is not being marked with the date it was opened.
