Rola’s Lebanese Food, mobile food facility Type T, 793 Pine St. Steelton, September 19. Pass. No violations.

Chili’s Grill & Bar, 4611 High Point Blvd. Harrisburg, September 18. Pass. Observed the sanitizing cycle temperature gauge on the mechanical warewashing machine not functioning properly. Operator to submit work order to repair. Observed wet wiping cloths in main food prep area not being stored in sanitizer solution. Corrected on-site. Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Observed the following: Build-up of food residue and grease on the top of the tortilla chip dispenser in the main food prep area; Build-up of food residue and grime on the spray nozzle in the mechanical warewashing area.
