Bev’s Jamaican Cuisine, mobile food facility Type T, 55 S. Fayette Ave. York, September 19. Pass. No violations.
Carroll Mart, 3311 N. George St. Emigsville, September 19. Pass. Manual warewashing equipment observed with build up of filth and food residue and not cleaned before use, and frequently throughout the day. Drop in style hand sink basin is no longer attached to countertop and is in need of repair. Observed 8 pints of whole milk in retail cooler displayed for sale with sell-by date of 8-22 and 9-1. Fountain soda machine dispensing nozzles, food contact surfaces, were observed to have heavy accumulation of mold like residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Door located in the back room area of the food facility has a gap (interior bottom left) and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
