Pullshot Coffee Roasters, mobile food facility Type 3, 702 Wheatstone Dr. Palmyra, September 19. Pass. No violations.

Roma Pizza, 19 S. Railroad St. Palmyra, September 19. Pass. Observed onions, olives and cheese food unprotected in walk-in cooler area which is subject to potential contamination. Fan guard in the walk-in cooler with accumulation of black and green matter and in need of cleaning. Personal medications, vitamins, toothbrushes, razers, shave cream, after shave stored above Baine Marie on the cook-line. Corrected. Lighting in walk-in cooler is very limited due to the light shield being painted green. Please repair or replace light shield. Can opener blade and three tongs, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected, moved to dish. Round-up sprayer bottle stored in the prep area on top of bags of flour. Corrected. Two spray bottles of chemical cleaner at the front counter with not labeled with common name. Corrected.

Philly Pretzel Factory – Lebanon Walmart, 1355 E. Lehman St. Lebanon, September 18. Pass. Handwashing sink is dirty with hose hanging in the basin. Corrected on site 9/18/25.

Cookies Cupcakes and More LLC, 157 E. Market St. Jonestown, Complaint, September 17. Pass. No violations.

Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel, 101 Main St. Fredericksburg, Follow-up, September 17. Pass. No violations.

Henry Houck Elementary Cafeteria, 315 E. Lehman St. Lebanon, September 17. Pass. No violations.
