ENE Donuts, 17377 Dry Run Road, Dry Run, Sept. 19. Pass. Observed bags of flour stored directly on the floor in the canopy area rather than 6 inches off the floor as required. Food facility does not employ a certified food employee as required. The hand-wash sink in the canopy area does not have single-use towels, continuous towels or air-drying device; cloth towel was being used.

Moo Moo Beas @ Two Top Ruritan Tfs T2, 12270 Two Top Road, Mercersburg, Sept. 19. Pass. Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Several baked goods (carrot cakes, pumpkin rolls, cream cheese icing based sweets, and pumpkin pies) was pulled from display table and placed in cold-holding.

Two Top Ruritan, 12270 Two Top Road, Mercersburg, Sept. 19. Pass. Observed an onion cutter with food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Meat slicer and blade had food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Several raw animal foods were stored above ready-to-eat foods in the four-door cooler and the walk-in cooler. Observed pork tenderloin stored above coleslaw in the four-door cooler. Observed raw shell eggs over ready-to-eat country ham, hamburger patties stored over coleslaw. Observed the fans, fan guards and surrounding area with an accumulation of dust, dirt and moldlike substance on the nonfood contact surfaces. Observed hanging dust on the ceiling and cabinets above the dish-drying area. Observed a water drain from the ice machine running along the exterior of the buildings, causing water to seep into the building. Both three-bay sinks have hose attachments that are hanging below the flood rim of the sink and not an appropriate air gap.
500 Degrees, 883 S. Main St., Chambersburg, Sept. 17. Pass. Food ingredient storage containers in the walk-in is not labeled with the common name of the food. Hood vent system in the kitchen needs cleaned. Food was not date-marked in the refrigerator. Observed toxic material not clearly labeled with a manufacturer’s label.

China King Buffet, 640 E. Main St., Waynesboro, Sept. 16. Pass. Filters over fryers/wok observed to have static dust and grease. An open employee’s beverage container was observed in kitchen area, a food preparation area; corrected.

Chambersburg Area Senior High School, 511 S. Sixth St., Chambersburg, Sept. 15. Pass. Exterior door in the rear area of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals.
KFC No. g135768, 11137 Buchanan Trail, Waynesboro, Sept. 15. Pass. Drive-thru window beverage dispenser was observed to have black moldlike residue on the interior of the nozzle a food contact surface. Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the both the walk-in freezer and cooler doors. Walk-in cooler fan guards have significant dust and dirt accumulation.
Pizza Hut, 300 E. Main St., Waynesboro, Sept. 15. Pass. Ceiling vents in kitchen were observed to have static dust and dirt accumulation. Filters over pizza oven was observed to have static dust and grease accumulation.
