The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a risk-based inspection reporting process for restaurants and other food handlers.

Aramark @ East Senior High School, 450 Ellis Ln. West Chester, September 19. Pass. Clean and sanitize the table mounted can opener. There is no Chester County Certified Food Manager as required. Using a valid ServSafe, complete the CFM application process and post the Chester County CFM Certificate in public view.
Aramark @ Juiced Up!, 275 N. Campus Dr. West Chester, September 19. Pass. Hand sink was blocked by a rack and was not accessible at all times. Rack was moved by person in charge during inspection. The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 0ppm, rather than 200-400ppm as stated on the manufacturers use directions. Machine was repaired during inspection by Ecolab.
