Prepackaged cold brew is not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts. Ensure all labels meet label requirements.

Burger King #2731, 1502 West Chester Pike, West Chester, September 12. Fail. Food Employee observed changing tasks that may have contaminated hands without a proper handwash in-between. Employee was directed to change gloves and wash hands. Inform/remind employees and comply every day. Clean the following and maintain in clean condition: Outer surfaces of fryers; Outer surfaces of utility lines surrounding fryers; Cabinet under soda fountain. At the large ice maker, the top right panel of the ice bin is in disrepair. Clean the following: Floor under the wash compartment of the 3-compartment sink; There is an accumulation of water. No leak could be immediately identified. Clean the floor and if there is a leak, repair within two days. Clean the floor under the fryers. Clean the floor in storage room where the Bag-in-Box is located. Patch the hole in the wall behind the ice cream machine.
