C&D Bar & Grill, 6465 York Road, New Oxford, complaint, Sept. 13. Pass. No violations.

Fraternal Order of Eagles, 61 Fifth St., Gettysburg, Sept. 13. Pass. Food employee personal belongings observed in prep area, although lockers are provided; corrected. An open employee’s beverage container was observed in prep area on stainless steel table in the back of house; corrected. Large black commercial fans were observed to have significant accumulation of static dust and dirt. Food employees observed in kitchen behind grill area not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers; corrected. Microwave unit walls and ceilings had food residue and was not clean to sight and touch; corrected.

The Livery, 900 Chambersburg Road, Gettysburg, Sept. 12. Pass. Ceiling in the warewash area is made of plywood and is not durable, smooth, nonporous, nonabsorbent. Ceiling tiles missing in the back of house and need to be replaced.

Delone Catholic High School, 140 S. Oxford Ave., McSherrystown, Sept. 11. Pass. No violations.

Alloway Creek Intermediate, 162 Newark St., Littlestown, Sept. 10. Pass. No violations.

Littlestown High School, 200 E. Myrtle St., Littlestown, Sept. 10. Pass. No violations.

Maple Avenue Middle School, Maple Avenue, Littlestown, Sept. 10. Pass. No violations.

Ploughman Cider Tap Room, 14 Lincoln Square, Gettysburg, Sept. 10. Pass. No violations.

Liberty Mountain Resort – Highland, 121 Sanders Road, Fairfield, complaint, Sept. 9. Pass. Observed heavy ice condensation buildup in the walk-in freezer in the basement; it is not in good repair. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed handles of hand sink broken and not secured. Food employees observed in kitchen area not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats or beard covers. Can opener had rust and was not clean to sight and touch; corrected. Large ice machine had hard water and blackish residue and was not clean to sight and touch; corrected. Microwave unit had food residue and splatter on walls and ceiling and was not clean to sight and touch.
