A&M Pizza Ephrata, 1790 Clay Rd. Ephrata, August 29. Pass. Food employee observed in prep area, not wearing proper hair restraint, such as net or hat.
At My Table, 55 E. Main St. Lititz, Change of Owner, August 29. Pass. Food facility does have available sanitizer test strips to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration; however, these are expired and should be replaced.
Bucky’s Kettle Corn, mobile food facility Type 3, 1469 Lancaster Estates, Manheim, Follow-up, August 29. Pass. Observed windows, in the mobile unit, unscreened and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Previous Violation 7/25/25.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1535 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, August 29. Pass. Observed fried particle splatter inside the handwash sink in the back. Observed single-service, single-use articles (large food containers) stored in the area near the service counter, directly on the floor, and not 6 inches above the floor. Static dust observed on the computer and the computer fixtures and wires above the food preparation area.
