Amy’s Frosty Freeze, 918 Chestnut St., Mifflinburg, Aug. 20. Pass. Interior of the soda machine ice chute had black moldlike residue and was not clean to sight and touch; corrected on site. Milk dispensing tubes not cut at a 45 degree angle to aid in the drainage of unused milk.

Dunkin, 310 E Chestnut St., Mifflinburg, Aug. 19. Pass. Observed a pressurized hose (hose to chemical station) after the back-flow preventer on the utility sink faucet. A bleeding T-valve needs to be installed.

Dollar General No. 15976 (new Berlin), 7769 PA-304, New Berlin, Aug. 18. Pass. No violations.
