AC&T No. 61, 11055 Buchanan Trail, Waynesboro, Aug. 22. Pass. An open employee’s beverage container was observed in kitchen area, a food preparation area; corrected. Food employees observed in kitchen area not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats or beard covers.

Kline’s Grocery Inc., 1940 Buchanan Trail East, Shady Grove, complaint, Aug. 22. Pass. No violations.

Pixie Pourhouse, 130 N. Antrim Way, Apt 1, Greencastle, Aug. 22. Pass. No violations.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1226 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg, regular/complaint, Aug. 21. Pass. Ceiling tiles in the dining area are stained from water damage and need replaced. Roof is leaking water in several areas, including at the hood range and three spots in the dining area, and is in need of repair.

Mario’s Italian Restaurant, 831 Wayne Ave., Chambersburg, Aug. 19. Pass. Vent system in the bathroom and walk-in needs cleaned. Food in the walk-in area was not date-marked.

Standard By Gearhouse, 370 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, Aug. 19. Pass. Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. Vent system in the bathroom, walk-in and HVAC is in need of cleaning.

Rhodes Grove, 7693 Browns Mill Road, Chambersburg, Aug. 18. Pass. Observed a shelf in the refrigerator to have peeling paint and needs repaired. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of insect activity (too many to count gnat-like flies) in the warewashing areas (commercial dishwasher and three-bay sink), but facility does have a pest-control program.

Snowfox – Wm056, 1056 Wayne Ave., Chambersburg, Aug. 18. Pass. No violations.
