An insect control device (fly strips) over food prep areas have potential to contaminate food, equipment, and/or utensils. Observed bag of flour stored directly on the floor rather than 6 inches off the floor as required.

Yung Ting Restaurant, 7445 West Branch Highway, Lewisburg, Aug. 11. Pass. Observed in-use knives and/or cleavers stored between table edges or between tables, an area not easily cleanable and sanitized; corrected on site. Food facility is reusing cardboard food delivery boxes for various food storage, which is intended to be a single-service or single-use article. Observed a bag of rice stored directly on the floor rather than 6 inches off the floor as required. Twin light unit not shielded or shatterproof over the prep area.
