Bentley Systems Cafe by Eurest Dining Services, 685 Stockton Dr. Exton, August 8. Pass. No violations.
Chester Springs Creamery, 521 E. Uwchlan Ave. Chester Springs, August 8. Pass. No violations.
Chocolate Therapy, 16 Marchwood Rd. Exton, August 8. Fail. The Quat Test Strips on site expired in 2022. Supply a new test kit within 7 days. The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay ware wash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturers use directions. It was found that an employee did not add the correct amount of tablets. Additional quat tablets were added and the level then found at 200 ppm. Post this “recipe” today and inform all employees to follow it. The hand sink in the Kitchen has been turned off due to a faucet leaking and the drain leaking. This must be repaired within 24 hours. All hand sinks must be operational and supply water at a temperature of least 85 degrees F. Supply paper towel holders at the front hand sink, toilet room and kitchen hand sink. Correct within 7 days. CFM Certificate expired December 2024. Please complete a renewal course/test and submit the CFM Application and Fee for the County CFM Certificate within 30 days.
