The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a risk-based inspection reporting process for restaurants and other food handlers.

Tu Rincon Boricua Con Sabor Abuela, LLC, 225 N. 8th St. Lebanon, Complaint, July 20. Pass. Raw meat was stored above ready-to-eat food (lettuce) in one refrigerator. Corrected. Observed one wet wiping cloths in the prep area, not being stored in sanitizer solution; it was in the handwashing sink. Facility is preparing food on the exterior of the premises after having been warned not to prepare food outside on May 16, 2025. No towels at the handwashing sink.

Beltre Con Clase, 365 N. 9th St. Lebanon, July 18. Pass. they are using sanitizer, but because they do not have test strips, it isn’t in any particular strenght. The handwash sink in the prep area does not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device.

American House, 25 S. 9th St. Lebanon, July 17. Pass. Observed clean food equipment on a lower shelf stored uncovered or not inverted. A small amount of residue was observed on the ice machine interior.

Francisco’s Pizza, 375 N. 10th St. Lebanon, July 17. Pass. One container of food utensils was not clean and it contained a screw driver and small packets of OTC medicine.

One Stop Corner, LLC, 908 Cumberland St. Lebanon, July 17. Pass. No violations.

Pine Meadows Golf Course, 319 Pine Meadow Rd. Lebanon, July 17. Pass. Door Handle of the up-right fridge in the kitchen area is repaired with duct tape which is not an approved material. Observed in-use knives stored between railing and edge of Baine Marie, an area not easily cleanable & sanitized. Two pans observed in the handwash sink, indicating uses other than handwashing. Corrected. Red snapper in the walk-in cooler thawed in the ROP Packaging rather than removed and thawed per manufacture instructions. Corrected. Observed clean food utensils stored jumbled and not inverted. Interior top of ice machine a food contact surface, was observed to have black-matter residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected. Three fly strips hanging in the kitchen area with no possibility of contamination but with excessive flies on strips. Work with pest control on how to reduce fly activity.
