The interior of all refrigerators and freezers not designed to facilitate proper cleaning, especially in the milk cooler where spills often occur. Observed stock room door of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals.

Spring Run Pit Stop LLC, 16361 Path Valley Road, Spring Run, July 14. Pass. Observed food stored in the standing white freezer where it is subject to contamination from ice buildup. The commercial can opener blade had food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Floor going from the deli area to the kitchen area is exposing the wood underneath and being corrected with tape; it is roughened and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
