Acme Markets #3753, 700 Lancaster Ave. Devon, July 18. Pass. Repair and Label the following: Missing exterior door knob at back door; Provide signage in walk in freezer – Philabundannce Donation above dunnage rack; Secure ceiling tiles located above the high heat mechanical dish machine in bakery department. The following surface finish observed peeled/cracked/roughened and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface: Blue First Aid kit in meat prep walk in above hand washing sink observed with peeled blue paint and chipping. Repair or replace. Provide debris clean up in, around, underneath and on top of trash compactor. Corrected on site.

Camp Brandywine Ymca Day Camp (food), 295 Hurley Rd. Coatesville, July 18. Pass. No violations.

Chinese Delight Garden Inn, 735 W. Lancaster Ave. Wayne, Follow-up, July 18. Pass. No violations.

Grain Craft Bar & Kitchen, 108 W. Street Rd. Kennett Square, Follow-up, July 18. Pass. Walk in freezer door must be repaired or replaced to reduce “snow” in unit.

IHOP Restaurant, 471 John Young Parkway, Exton, Complaint, July 18. Pass. No violations.

KFC #k071089 – Taco Bell, 104 N. Pottstown Pike, Exton, Complaint, July 18. Pass. No violations.

Landhope Farms #01, 101 E. Street Rd. Kennett Square, July 18. Fail. Clean the following: Inner edges of the bain marie; outer surfaces of the panini grill; Hanging menu TVs; Inside surfaces of cabinets in the coffee/sandwich prep area; Inside surface of dishmachine including doors. Repair the main exterior receiving door as there are gaps along the bottom of the door. Make all necessary repairs to ensure the door is tight-fitting and vector-proof. Label squeeze bottles in the bain marie unit. Hot dogs on the rollers were observed at temperatures of 126-137 degrees F. The hot dogs were discarded on-site. The roller unit was also observed to have varying temperatures of the rollers. Make all necessary repairs to ensure the hot dogs are cooked to proper temperature then held at temperatures >135 degrees F. Also ensure hot dogs on the rollers that are in the cooking process are inaccessible to customers. Condensate observed dripping from the ceiling next to the dishmachine. Relocate storage containers currently stored below. Make all necessary repairs to prevent the condensate. Repair the broken gasket on the reach-in door where the Pepsi bottles are stored. Repair the beverage walk-in refrigerator door. Repair the leak under the soda fountain. Clean the affected area and maintain in good repair and clean condition. Remove all unused/unnecessary equipment from front serving/prep areas. Clean the following: Floor throughout prep and serving area including floor/wall juncture; Cabinet under the prep sink-replace access panel; Walls throughout. Cleaning chemicals observed stored in sales shelf next to food items. Keep all foods, food contact equipment and utensils stored away from cleaning supplies. Numerous flies observed in the coffee/ice cream/sandwich prep area. Thoroughly clean this area within three days. Keep all foods tightly sealed. Ensure all exterior doors are maintained tight-fitting and vector-proof. Have facility treated by pest control operator. NSF Fly light in coffee area off at this time; maintain on.
