Observed boxed food items stored directly on the floor in walk-in freezer, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required; previous violation. Observed soda fountain nozzles, a food contact surface, were observed to have excessive buildup white crusted residue and were not clean to sight and touch. Observed drip tray an drainage tubes at soda fountain not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of biofilm and moldlike substance. Hand-washing facility dry storage area is not easily cleanable due to hard water. Observed old food residue (brown substance splatter) observed in the front counter hand-wash sink, indicating uses other than hand-washing. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair: observed slow drainage at the front counter hand-wash sink. Observed door to the outside, located in the front of the food facility was being propped open; previous violation, corrected. Observed condenser unit in walk-in freezer
