The Senate has passed the Recissions Act of 2025, which would completely defund public media. The amended bill now heads back to the House for consideration.

Bay City Seafood, 110 Eisenhower Dr. Hanover, June 20. Pass. Back door located in the rear area of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Food Employee observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash (CORRECTED). Observed microwave unit located in the main kitchen to be rusted and damaged presenting potential for food contamination and is not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED). The deflector plate (white) of the ice machine food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED).

Codorus Snack Bar (pool), 1066 Blooming Grove Rd. Hanover, June 20. Pass. Back door was observed open at time of inspection. Interior of soda nozzles a food contact surface, was observed to have brownish/black residue and was not clean to sight and touch (CORRECTED). Observed rodent droppings (approx: 100-150) in the facility in unseen and seen areas and is in need of cleaning. Areas behind equipment on the floor, shelves in the dish area around the three-compartment sink area and back storage area near the deep freezers.
