Observed several deeply scored cutting boards and cutting boards at bain-maries not resurfaced or discarded as required. Observed ice machine to have a pink biofilm on the deflector plate; corrected. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair: observed hand-wash sink leaking at the PVC connection.
