Beccafico, 27-31 E. Main St., Lititz, June 20. Pass. Food employees observed in dish and prep area not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats or beard covers. Observed several deeply scored cutting boards and cutting boards at bain-maries not resurfaced or discarded as required. Observed ice machine to have a pink biofilm on the deflector plate; corrected. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair: observed hand-wash sink leaking at the PVC connection.
