Allen’s Eatery, 103 Market St., Lewisberry, June 6. Pass. No violations.

Country Club Of York, 1400 Country Club Rd., York, June 6. Pass. Cleaned and sanitized utensils located in prep area, are stored with food contact surfaces / food or lip area exposed to hand contact when retrieved by food employees. CORRECTED. Observed deeply scored cutting boards not resurfaced or discarded as required. CORRECTED.

Country Club Of York (golf course snack bar, 1400 Country Club Rd., York, June 6. Pass. No violations.

Dunkin Donuts, 2210 Old Trail Rd., Goldsboro, Regular/Complaint, June 6. Pass. Food Employee observed changing tasks with gloves on (using cell phone) that may have contaminated hands without a proper handwash in-between and donning fresh gloves prior to preparing foods. Provided training. Observed brewed coffee hopper stored directly on the floor inside the walk-in cooler, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.

Fat Boys Pizza & Hoagies, 761a Lewisberry Rd., Lewisberry, June 6. Pass. Observed wire shelving inside the walk-in cooler with an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces. Upper interior of microwave and fountain soda dispensing nozzles, food contact surfaces, were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.

Historic Dill’s Tavern & Plantation, 227 N. Baltimore St., Dillsburg, June 6. Pass. No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the bathroom to remind food employees to wash their hands.

KFC/Taco Bell, 49 Robin Hood Drive, Etters, June 6. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen and food preparation areas, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as beard covers. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the women’s toilet room. Food dispensing utensil in fries observed stored in the food and not with handle above the top of the food and the container. Observed heavy accumulation of frozen condensate directly under the condenser unit on the floor of the walk-in freezer. Ceiling light shield directly outside the manager office is not properly seated creating a gap. Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen directly to the right of manager office.
