Vince’s Pizza And Family Restaurant, 311 S Logan Blvd. Burnham, May 31. Pass. Observed a buildup of grease on the overhead vents above the grill/deep fryer area. Observed pizza boxes stored in direct contact with the floor in the dry storage area.

Naughty Nutz 1, mobile food facility Type 3, 48 Spanogle Ave Lewistown, May 30. Pass. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.
