The handwash sink located in the tent area does not have water at a temperature of at least 85 degrees F. Water was at 79 degrees F during inspection. Heat up water to a higher temp to maintain through the day. Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the tent area. Stock the hand sink properly before handling food.

Bella Rosa, 1890 W. Strasburg Rd. Coatesville, May 30. Fail. Dressings in squeeze bottles not labeled. This was corrected on-site. Maintain. Defrost the slide top freezer. Container of oil and garlic observed at room temperature. This must be kept refrigerated. The oil/garlic mixture was discarded on-site. Clean the dumpster area. Warewashing had just been done at the 3-compartment sink. When reviewed with staff who did the warewashing, no sanitizing step was indicated. The sink was then set up and found properly set up and sanitizer at proper concentration. Clean the floor around the soda bag in box. The water temperature of the wash compartment of the manual warewashing equipment was 108 degrees F, rather than not less than 110 degrees F, as required. Adjust immediately.
