Weis Markets No. 133, 2600 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, May 30. Pass. Bakery department: Observed a heavy accumulation of ice along exterior of door and along door jamb of walk-freezer. Deli department: The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the sanitation bucket was 0 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer’s use directions; corrected. Produce prep room: Observed leaking from condenser coil and hose onto floor near drain.
