Olde Lincoln House, 1398 W. Main St., Ephrata, May 16. Pass. Assorted food container on storage shelf were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch; removed for cleaning.

Papa John’s Pizza No. 4069, 250 Cherry Alley, Elizabethtown, May 16. Pass. Observed a leak at the fresh water connection for sanitizer being secured with blue painting tape, which is unapproved repair method.
