Cedar Grill, 1800 E. Cumberland St. Lebanon, April 30. Pass. An open employee’s beverage container was observed in prep area and on table top of bread cabinet, a food preparation area. Corrected. Sugar, flour, panko food ingredient storage containers, in the prep area, is not labeled with the common name of the food. Raw beef products stored above hashbrowns in a two-door reach-in cooler. Corrected. Utensils without a handle is being stored in flour, sugar and panko in the prep area.
