Mindfully Mina’s LLC @ Phoenixville FM (add), 200 Mill Rd. Phoenixville, April 26. Pass. Protein balls were held at 50 degrees F, in the cooler rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Commissary kitchen report states that protein balls require proper cold hold at 41 degrees F or below.

Aramark @ East Goshen Elementary School, 800 N. Chester Rd. West Chester, April 25. Pass. No violations.

Aramark @ Marsh Creek 6th Grade Center, 489 Dorlan Mill Rd. Downingtown, April 25. Pass. Quat test strips at the 3 compartment sink were expired. New quat test strips were ordered immediately.

Canteen @ Martin Brower, 201 Waverly Blvd. Coatesville, April 25. Pass. No violations.
