Strites Orchard, 1000 Strites Rd. Harrisburg, April 18. Pass. No violations.

Capitol Restaurant, Main Capitol Building, East Wing, Harrisburg, April 17. Pass. Rodent droppings (50) were observed behind the black curtains in the soda area only. Initial signs of possible mold growth were observed on the ceiling of one of the walk-in coolers.

Chubb’s Market, 13 Roop St. Highspire, April 17. Pass. Old unused equipment stored in Kitchen, should be removed from food facility or stored clean and cover.

Devon Seafood Grill, 27 W. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, April 17. Pass. Observed build-up of food debris on inside edges of door for bain-marie unit in cooking area. Corrected on site. Observed large static dust accumulation on ceiling vent in warewashing area. Corrected on site.

Houlihan’s Restaurant, 27 W. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, April 17. Pass. Observed clean food containers throughout the facility, stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting). Observed 3 dirty kitchen knives, a food contact surface, stored on magnetic knife holder in back prep area. Corrected on site.

Howard Johnson Inn Hershey, 845 E. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, April 17. Pass. No violations.

Sportsman’s Golf Course, 3800 Linglestown Rd. Harrisburg, April 17. Pass. Unwrapped and unprotected single use straws stored in the customer area.
