Original Italian Pizza, 914 Chestnut St. Mifflinburg, April 3. Pass. Observed packaged seasoned pretzels and seasonings offered for retail sale from an unregistered source. Food items removed from shelf. Corrected on site. Observed cardboard being used to line the shelving units in the walk-in cooler and on the shelving unit to the left of the ovens. Cardboard is not an easily cleanable surface. Interior surface of the microwave is cracked, rusted, chipping paint/material and is in disrepair.
