Hidden Spring Farm, 3000 Heidelberg Ave. Newmanstown, April 4. Pass. No violations.
Cedars Complex Boosters Concession Stand, 1000 S. 8th St. Lebanon, April 3. Pass. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. A container of mustard packets was stored with cleaning chemicals. Mustard packets were discarded.
Eagle Mart, 1130 Cumberland St. Lebanon, April 3. Pass. Facility does not have sanitizer available. Mops are not being hung to air dry. One spray bottle, a working container used for storing chemicals/cleaners taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical.
One Stop Corner, LLC, 1038 Church St. Lebanon, April 3. Pass. Cardboard trays used for displaying small bags of chips/snacks are covered with grease residue and not changed at an appropriate frequency. Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil; specifically, the door to a small storage room was very dirty. One trash can in the prep area was very full and does not appear to be emptied at an appropriate frequency. Mops are not being hung to air dry.
