Betty’s Old Fashioned (Shops of Tower Village), 955 N. State St., Building Tower, Ephrata, April 4. Pass. No violations.

Classic Mini Mart, 3441 Columbia Ave., Lancaster, opening, April 4. Pass. No violations.

Dimaria’s Pizza & Italian Kitchen, 1183 Erb’s Quarry Road, Suite 4 Lititz, April 4. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets or hats; corrected. Observed several refrigerated, ready-to-eat food, time/temperature-control-for-safety items, such as mozzarella cheese, deli meats, sliced chesses, sliced vegetables, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 24 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, are being held without date and common name; previous violation, October 2024.

Flory Beer Distributor, 725 S. Broad St., Lititz, April 4. Pass. Observed in both walk-in coolers not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dust and moldlike substance on fan guards, ceilings and walls. Observed lights are not shielded or shatterproof in upstairs walk-in cooler.
