Aunt Hocker’s Fish Fry, 35 S. 8th St. Lebanon, March 28. Pass. The bottom of one refrigerator, a non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.
Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1505 Cumberland St. Lebanon, March 28. Pass. No violations.
Pa Chen’s House, 1510 Cumberland St. Lebanon, March 28. Pass. The mop bucket was observed to be very dirty. It should be cleaned periodically. A very large amount of cigarette butts was on the ground by the rear door. Cleaned immediately. The frequency of cleaning under shelves in the walk-in is inadequate as food debris was observed beneath two shelves.
Taqueria El Compadre, 35 S. 8th St. Lebanon, March 28. Pass. A small amount of food crumbs were observed in two containers on the bottom shelf of the prep table. Cleaned containers immediately.
