The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a risk-based inspection reporting process for restaurants and other food handlers.

Living River Herbals, 15 S. Third St., Columbia, Opening, March 22. Pass. No violations.
Andromeda, 158 S. Queen St., Lancaster, follow-up, March 21. Pass. No violations.
Chilangos Authentic Mexican Restaurant, 56 N. Broad St., Lititz, March 21. Pass. Person in charge (certified food manager) observed preparing food, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets or hats. A food employee was observed touching soft burritos and toppings for inside the burrito — a ready-to-eat food — with bare hands. Observed raw shell eggs stored above cheese dip in the walk-in cooler. Observed static dust on the fan guards of the walk-in cooler. A working container of silicone lubricant was stored on top of plates on a shelf with food equipment.
Collusion Tapworks, 5 Juniper Lane, Suite 1, Lititz, March 21. Pass. An employee’s open beverage container was observed on the bain-marie, a food preparation area. Observed raw shell eggs stored above hamburger in the three-door cooler.
