Come along with us to the rolling green hills of the Yorkshire Dales for an exclusive season five preview screening of All Creatures Great and Small and a full British afternoon tea.
Saturday, January 4, 2025 • 3 – 6pm
Historic Acres of Hershey
3425 Old Hershey Rd., Elizabethtown, PA 17022
As the winter sun sets, you’ll enjoy cocktails, a full afternoon tea and a conversation with Professor Ian Isherwood about life in the Dales during World War II, before enjoying a sneak preview of the season five premiere episode.
The British high tea menu includes soup, salad, tea sandwiches, British pies, desserts and a selection of fine teas – all inspired by recipes served by British teahouses during the war.
The war rages on but, for the townsfolk of Darrowby, time stands still in a cozy tearoom.
The radio broadcasting news from afar, the perfect cuppa, the aroma of freshly baked scones and warm chatter between friends and family is a heartwarming way to honor those who kept the home fires burning.
Tickets are $300 a pair and include one year of WITF Passport access. WITF Passport is a members-only benefit that provides our donors extended access to an on-demand library of quality public television programs like All Creatures Great and Small, Miss Scarlet, Moonflower Murders, Ridley and much more.

About season five of All Creatures Great & Small
Nicholas Ralph returns as James Herriot, Samuel West as Siegfried Farnon and Anna Madeley as Mrs. Hall. Rachel Shenton continues her role as Helen Herriot, James Anthony-Rose returns as Richard Carmody, and Patricia Hodge reprises her role as Mrs. Pumphrey alongside her pampered Pekingese, Tricki Woo.
Callum Woodhouse returns as Tristan Farnon, Siegfried’s mischievous brother who’s been serving in the Royal Army Veterinary Corps, later in the season.
The series continues to bring the stories of James Herriot to life as we return to Darrowby to join our unconventional Skeldale Family and the colorful ensemble of farmers, animals and townsfolk living in the Dales in the 1940s.
