After catching a sneak preview of LEONARDO DA VINCI, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon, the world’s most famous artist, Leonardo da Vinci, has something to say.
Leonardo da Vinci, played by Gregory DeCandia, is sailing across the Atlantic to celebrate his new-found fame and challenge your knowledge of the archetypal Renaissance Man.
Leonardo has curated an entertaining and irreverent night of “trivia with a twist” to ensure that folks know all about his enduring contributions to science, technology and the humanities.
Each round of trivia will consist of tests of intellect, creativity challenges (led by artist Justin Ayala) and tantalizing toasts – all bound to test what you thought you knew about da Vinci.
No artistic or trivia experience required, but all participants must be 21 years or older.
Bringing da Vinci to Life is a series of events presented by WITF that celebrate Leonardo da Vinci’s lasting impact as an artist, inventor and innovator. Events include 12 free Art Workshops for adults, ages 18 and up, throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Bringing da Vinci to Life culminates on November 2 with a free community exhibit and preview screening of LEONARDO DA VINCI, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon.
