Arby’s #6766, 891 N. US Route 15, Dillsburg, July 8. Pass. Fan guards in the walk-in cooler with accumulation of static dust and in need of cleaning. Underside of fryer handles with accumulation of grease and debris and in need of cleaning. Outside dumpster is missing doors on sides of unit, facility is unable to close and keep pest away. Ceiling tiles throughout the facility in the ware-wash and cook-line with peeling paper and in need of replacing. Broken and missing tiles in front of fry area, missing coving tiles behind employee metal table in the prep area. Paper towel dispenser in both men and women’s restroom was empty during time of inspection. Corrected. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of small fly activity in mop sink, dishwashing, dry storage and self service fountain drink areas, but facility does not have a pest control program. Flooring under and around equipment (fryers, cook-line, stand up freezer) with grease, crumbs, liquid and debris accumulation and in need of cleaning.
