Observed mixing bowls used to marinate meat used directly on the floor rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required. Mixing bowl on drying shelf was observed to have oily residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Removed for cleaning. Non-food contact surfaces, such as soap dispenser handles and pulls not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.
