Rutter’s Farm Store #53, 2215 Old Trail Rd. Etters, Emergency Response, July 2. Pass. Facility is utilizing a high temperature sanitizing dish machine for clean/sanitize of smallwares. The water temperature in the machine final rinse is 190°F. The current boil water advisory states water must be at a rolling boil for a full minute to be potable (safe for consumption, ware washing and hand washing). Corrected – provided training. Facility is utilizing temporary hand washing stations due to a boil water advisory. Temperature of water in the urn was well over 150°F and too hot for employees to comfortably wash hands properly. Corrected – provided training.
