The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, 866-366-3723, uses a risk-based inspection reporting process for restaurants and other food handlers.

Wich Way Sandwiches, mobile food facility Type 3, 226 W. Market. Jonestown, July 3. Pass. Food facility is using an approved non-public water system, but does not have current laboratory testing results for water potability.

The interior of the ice machine, a food contact surface, was observed to have mold and was not clean to sight and touch.
