Liberty Hose Co. #2, 553 S. 2nd St. Lykens, June 25. Pass. The fryer in the Social Club Kitchen had not been used since Memorial Day weekend. It was left uncovered. The oil in the fryer and one of the baskets had spots of mold. Club Manager put the baskets in sink to be washed and the fryer will be drains and cleanded by 6/27.

Reyansh Rana 2 LLC, Sunoco, 3801 Walnut St. Harrisburg, June 25. Pass. Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Microwave’s inside chamber was soiled with old food residue. Manager/owner cleaned unit to correct this nonconformance.
