Congratulations to Vikram Kakaria, the winner of WITF’s Central PA Spelling Bee! After 22 rounds, Vikram won the bee with the correct spelling of the word recension.
Vikram is an eighth grader from Eagle View Middle School in the Cumberland Valley School District. He enjoys math, science and spelling of course! When he grows up, Vikram would like to be a computer engineer or a doctor.
Vikram will now receive an all-expense paid trip to compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee near Washington DC!
Congratulations Vikram and congratulations to all 35 spellers who competed in the WITF Central PA Spelling Bee! What an accomplishment!
