Another coal mine in Pennsylvania is closing, despite the efforts of pro-coal President Donald Trump. Though Trump has slashed environmental regulations, market forces are hurting coal’s chance for a revival.
The closure of the 4 West Mine in Greene County will cost 370 miners jobs, as StateImpact Pennsylvania recently reported.
