POCONO MOUNTAINS (PART 1)

The adventure race--a heart-pounding test of mental and physical endurance. It’s exploding in popularity and combines outdoor activities like rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and orienteering, into a competitive race of strategy and skill. Head for the Pocono Mountains to find all these activities rolled into one.

Tony and Jen crave outdoor adventure and together they’ve trekked all across Pennsylvania. We’ll put their outdoor skills to the test as they head to the Pocono Mountains for a weekend of eco-challenges. Part one of the adventure takes the travelers rock climbing at the Delaware Water Gap and white water kayaking in the Lehigh Gorge. Plus, Elizabeth goes for a hike at the Poconos Environmental Education Center.
