ARTISTS’ TRAIL: ROUTE 15 PART 2

Beautiful Route 15 travels through Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties, plus offers countless stops with natural and artistic wonders. Although it’s not the big city art world, this trek through South Central PA is filled with a mind-boggling array of hidden cultural gems ranging from traditional to cutting edge.

Our travelers- Shoshanna, Owen, and Kim- continue their journey along artsy Route 15. On the second day of their trip, they look at art inspired by the region and the Susquehanna River, and even become a part of the art as they improv on stage in Harrisburg. The day’s itinerary also includes an escape to the back country of Perry County and wraps up with a look at the art of portrait drawing in Mechanicsburg.
