Bologna, faires and furnaces…Explore PA visits the Lebanon Valley. Meet the Davis Family from Yardley in Bucks County. Stuart, Jayne, Gavin, and Jack travel to the Lebanon County area to experience the sights and sounds of the 25th annual Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Other stops include: Swatara State Park, Cornwall Iron Furnace, Seltzer’s Smokehouse Bologna and Wertz Candies.

DAY ONE
Travel back in time at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire

Tour Seltzer’s Smokehouse Meats
• Seltzer’s Smokehouse Meats has called Lebanon County home since 1902.

Tour the Cornwall Iron Furnace
• One of the world's best-preserved historic iron making facilities, the furnace operated from 1742–1883 and at one time produced one-seventh of the world's iron

Fossil collecting at Swatara State Park
• The park contains sedimentary rocks formed nearly 375 million years ago. One unique rock formation contains significant marine fossil beds and it’s an excellent spot for fossil collectors.

DAY TWO
Endulge your sweet tooth at Wertz Candies
• Find out why opera fudge is only found in Lebanon and watch as Jean Wertz creates chocolate masterpieces! See if family can create their own chocolate works of art.

Discover Historic Schaefferstown
• Tour the Alexander Schaeffer Farm and experience life from an authentic PA German point of view
