Services that enhance the lives of people with physical challenges. WITF-FM provides the "sub-carrier" signal and technical support for the Radio Reading Service operated by Tri-County Association for the Blind, and WITF-TV offers the free Descriptive Video Service, making TV accessible to visually impaired people via narrated descriptions of key visual elements.
