Ann Newburger, of Newburg, Cumberland County, protests voter ID at the state Capitol.
(Harrisburg) -- Pennsylvania's voter ID law will be back in state court this week after more than a year of legal limbo.
The measure requires voters to show certain state-issued photo ID before casting ballots, but it was blocked by the court during the 2012 general election and this year’s primary.
The case to begin Monday will decide voter ID’s constitutionality under state law.
