• the stigma of AIDS and HIV
• HIV apathy
• HIV and elderly -- long term survivors who have responded well to combination therapies are beginning to deal with issues that confront the elderly, like assisted living, health care, and Medicare.
• Another emerging population is newly infected elderly who engage in high risk behavior with the availability of drugs to enhance performance.
