The study sent the Rendell Administration, including the State Department of Education into motion. As a result, the Adminstration settled on a plan that would administer exams in 10 end of course subject areas to test what students have learned. Students would have to pass the exams in order to graduate. Will more testing ensure students are ready for graduation, college or the workplace?
